For nearly 3 decades, The Black Community Development Corporation (Black CDC) has been making strides towards a better West Louisville. Through its' work in community equity, economic development, education, and wellness, The Black CDC has increased opportunity and access for people across West Louisville's 9 neighborhoods. The organization now stands poised to do more work with an even wider reach for a great community impact.

Hope Wellness Center exists to house shared space to medical professionals to offer high quality care, and prevention for West Louisville Residents.

This unique and luxurious event space is quickly becoming Louisville's favorite spot for meetings, parties, and

events of all kinds.

Opportunity Corner is a unique shipping container market place open year round serving the West Louisville neighborhoods and Louisville’s community at large.

"The Black CDC is making countless "human investments" that will ultimately produce "human capital." Human capital will pay future dividends of children growing up in safe and healthy environments, individuals purchasing single-family homes in non-traditional neighborhoods and rehabilitated communities becoming thriving economic centers."
